YOGA

Yoga means union, it’s a simple process where we unite the mind and body through our breath. It enables us to be more focused, steady, connected, and settled in ourselves resulting in more confidence, acceptance and willingness to embrace any of life’s challenges. It has a long list of scientifically proven benefits, including reduced pain, stress, and anxiety and improved quality of life, fitness, flexibility and strength, of body and mind. It helps us achieve better posture and gain better focus by engaging in simple breathing techniques and physical postures. It’s suitable for all ages and levels of ability making it enjoyable and fun for everyone.

CLAIRE

Claire Marie has been a passionate and dedicated yoga practitioner for the past 10 years. With a professional background in dance and performance Claire spent years in London's West End performing in some of the biggest theatre shows including Phantom of the Opera, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and Evita to name a few. The experience gained from these years of working in a highly stressful and competitive industry are what led Claire to finding a deeper meaning and purpose to life through yoga, meditation and mindfulness. Her passion for movement and music are what inspire Claire to lead her students towards mind, body, breath and soul synchronicity.

CLASSES

Claire Marie's classes range from Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga to more creative Vinyasa flow and Dynamic styles adapted to each class as necessary. With the focus being always on the breath and leading with the heart.
